Chicken Divan
Chicken Divan is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 bunches fresh broccoli, 3 chicken breasts, cooked and boned, 2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup, 3/4 c. mayonnaise and 1 tsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cook broccoli in boiling, salted water until tender; drain. Arrange broccoli in greased 11 1/2 x 7 1/2-inch baking dish. Place cooked chicken on top.
Combine soup, mayonnaise and lemon juice; pour over chicken.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Combine bread crumbs and butter.
Sprinkle over top.
Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350Β° or until thoroughly heated.
This dish can be prepared a day ahead and put in the refrigerator.
It also freezes very well. Dish can also be made substituting asparagus for broccoli.
