Chicken Dijon
Chicken Dijon is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 skinless boneless chicken breast halves, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1/4 c. milk and 1 tbsp. dijon-style mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In skillet, in 1 tablespoon hot margarine, cook chicken 10 minutes or until brown and remove.
In an additional 1 tablespoon hot margarine, cook onion until tender.
Stir often.
Add soup, milk, mustard and parsley.
Heat to boiling.
Return chicken to skillet.
Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes.
