Chicken Diable
Chicken Diable is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. chicken, cut up, 4 tbsp. oleo (2 sticks), 1/2 c. honey, 1/4 c. prepared mustard and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Wash chicken pieces; pat dry.
Remove skin, if you wish.
Melt oleo in shallow baking pan.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Roll chicken pieces in mixture to coat both sides, then arrange meaty side up in a single layer in same pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour; can turn halfway through.
