Chicken Delight
Chicken Delight is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 chicken bouillon cube, 2 chicken breasts with skin (4 halves), 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 can early peas with mushrooms and pearl onions (lesueur) and 1 stick margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Boil chicken in water with bouillon cube until well done. Save the chicken broth.
Chop up the chicken.
Mix 2 cups of the chicken broth with cream of chicken soup and heat.
Combine the mixture with the canned LeSueur peas.
Spread chopped chicken in bottom of 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish.
Pour vegetable and soup mixture over chicken.
