Chicken Delight
Chicken Delight is an easy dinner. Made with 4 split, skinless chicken breasts, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1 c. catsup, 1 can coke classic and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Place chicken in a casserole dish.
Add onion, salt and pepper.
Over this, pour catsup.
Pour Coke over entire casserole (only Coke will work).
Bake in oven 1 hour and 10 minutes at 350Β°.
Cover with lid to keep chicken moist.
The Coke and catsup make a barbecue sauce.
