Chicken Delight
Chicken Delight is an easy dinner. Made with 10 to 12 pieces chicken (i use boneless breasts), 1 pkg. onion soup mix (dry), 1 (10 oz.) jar apricot preserves and 1 (8 oz.) bottle russian dressing, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Place chicken in buttered 13 x 9-inch pan. Mix together remaining ingredients. Pour over chicken.
Bake uncovered at 350Β° for 1 hour or until chicken is tender (do not turn).
