Chicken Curry
Chicken Curry is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 chickens, boned and cut into pieces, 3 medium onions, chopped, 3 tomatoes, chopped, 3 to 4 tsp. curry powder and 1/2 c. vegetable oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Fry the onions in a large skillet until golden brown; add chicken pieces to the skillet.
Stir until the chicken meat is white.
Add 1 tablespoon salt.
While chicken is browning, add curry powder to the onion and chicken while stirring for a minute. Add 2 to 3 cups of hot water to the chicken; cover and cook for 20 minutes.
Add chopped tomatoes; cook 20 minutes or until how much gravy you want.
Serve over rice.
Reheat at 300° to 400° for 1 hour.
