Chicken Curry
Chicken Curry is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. cooked and cubed boneless chicken breasts, 1/2 c. minced onion, 1/3 c. flour, 1 tbsp. curry powder and 1 can chicken broth, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Cook and cube boneless chicken into small 1/2 to 1/4-inch cubes.
Set aside.
In a large skillet, melt butter; add onions and saute until tender.
Add flour and curry powder, stirring constantly.
Gradually add chicken broth and milk.
Cook over medium heat until thick and bubbly.
Stir in rest of ingredients; cook until thoroughly heated.
Serve over rice.
