Chicken Curry

Chop onions; saute in oil until soft.
Crush garlic; add to onions.
Chop or purΓ©e tomatoes; add to onions and garlic.
Add the salt, pepper and curry powder to the sauce.
Simmer for 5 minutes.
You may need to add a little water to the sauce.
Pull all skin and fat from chicken.
Add chicken to sauce and simmer for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve with pita bread, rice and salad sprinkled with lemon.
