Chicken Curry
Chicken Curry is an impressive dinner. Made with 4 slices bacon, 2 celery stalks, sliced, 1/2 onion, chopped, 1 clove garlic, minced and 2 tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook bacon until crisp and break into small pieces.
Add celery, onion and garlic; cook until clear but not soft.
Blend in flour.
Stir in milk, water, applesauce, ketchup, curry and chicken broth.
Cook and stir until thick and bubbly.
Stir in chicken and simmer 15 or 20 minutes.
Add more chicken broth if too thick.
Serve over cooked rice and accompany with raisins, coconut, peanuts or chutney if desired.
