Chicken Curry
Chicken Curry is an impressive dinner. Made with 8 oz. sour cream, 1 tbsp. curry powder, 1 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. coriander and 1 tsp. minced ginger, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix together first eight ingredients.
Marinate chicken in mixture for at least 30 minutes, but preferably a few hours. Refrigerate.
Cook onion in shortening until it begins to color. If using mushrooms, add at this time and tomato and bay leaves. Cook 5 minutes.
Add chicken and marinade and mix together.
Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
Serves 4.
