Chicken Curry
Chicken Curry is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 lb. chicken pieces, skinned, 1 large onion, chopped, 1 large apple, chopped, 2 cloves minced garlic and 1 1/2 tbsp. curry powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Combine all ingredients in crock-pot.
Cook on low for 6 to 7 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours.
Remove chicken and stir in 1 cup plain yogurt.
Blend well.
Remove 1/4 cup of mixture, blend in 2 tablespoons flour and return to cooker.
Add chicken back in and simmer to thicken.
Serve over rice.
