Chicken Crunch
Chicken Crunch is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. cream of mushroom soup, 3/4 c. milk, 1 tbsp. finely chopped onions, 1 tbsp. chopped parsley and 1 c. stuffing mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix 1/3 cup soup, 1/4 cup milk, onion and parsley.
Dip chicken in soup mixture.
Roll in stuffing, place in shallow baking dish, 12 x 8 x 2-inch.
Drizzle butter on chicken.
Bake at 400Β° for 1 hour.
Combine remaining soup and milk, heat, stir now and then.
Serve over chicken.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
