Chicken Crunch
Chicken Crunch is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 3/4 c. milk, 1 tbsp. chopped onion, 1 tbsp. chopped parsley and 2 lb. chicken parts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix 1/3 cup mushroom soup, 1/4 cup milk, onion and parsley. Dip chicken in soup mixture, then roll in stuffing.
Place in shallow baking dish.
Pour butter on chicken. Bake in a 400Β° oven for 1 hour. Combine remaining soup and milk in dregs of first mixture.
Heat, stirring occasionally.
Serve over chicken or in gravy boat.
Serves 4 to 6.
