Chicken Crunch
Chicken Crunch is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. chicken broth, 2 c. cooked chicken, chopped, 1/4 c. chopped onion, 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can creamy chicken soup and 3/4 c. diced celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Combine first 6 ingredients in order.
Mix until well blended. Pour into greased 8-inch square pan.
Bake, covered, at 325Β° for 45 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Sprinkle chow mein noodles over top.
Bake 10 minutes (uncovered) longer or until brown.
Serve on rice or noodles or by itself.
Can also add extra chow mein noodles on your plate.
