Chicken Cordon Bleu
Chicken Cordon Bleu is an easy dinner. Made with 2 boneless chicken breast, 3/4 cup chopped ham, 3/4 favorite cheese and lemon pepper seasoning, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Flatten the boneless chicken with a kitchen mallet Season with lemon pepper seasoning Sprinkle equal portions of the chopped ham and cheese on 1/2 of each chicken breasts.
Fold the chicken breast in half making a "sandwich", again sprinkle with lemon pepper seasoning.
Place in lightly greased pan place in oven cook for approx. 30 min or until completely cooked.
Remove from pan cover with hollandaise sauce.
Excellent when served with new potatoes and asparagus.
