Chicken Continental
Chicken Continental is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, 1 can sliced mushrooms, 3 c. precooked rice, 2 c. milk and 4 tbsp. margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Cut chicken breasts into bite-size pieces.
Place in large skillet with margarine and mushrooms (drain juice from mushrooms). Brown chicken.
