Chicken Continental
Chicken Continental is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. cooked, cut up chicken, 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, 1 garlic clove, crushed, 2 tbsp. oil and 1 (13 3/4 oz.) can chicken broth or 2 chicken bouillon cubes and 1 1/2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Saute chicken, mushrooms and garlic in oil, 2 to 3 minutes or until chicken is brown.
Add remaining ingredients, except rice, and bring to a boil.
Stir in rice; remove from heat.
Cover and let stand 5 minutes or until rice is fluffy.
