Chicken Continental
Chicken Continental is an moderately easy dinner. Saute onion in butter; put in bottom of casserole (do not stir into other ingredients).
Mix chicken, soups, water chestnuts, mushrooms, tortillas and onion; spread half of this mixture into casserole dish over butter and onion.
Spread half of shredded cheese over it; add rest of mixture and spread remaining cheese on top.
Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
