Chicken Continental
Chicken Continental is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3-4 lb. chicken pieces, 1/3 cup flour, 1/4 cup butter, 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup and 2 1/2 tbsp. onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Roll chicken in flour.
Saute (brown) in butter until brown. Mix soup, onion, seasoning in saucepan, gradually stir in water. Bring to a boil stirring constantly.
Pour rice into shallow 2 qt. casserole dish.
Stir in all ingredients, except 1/2 cup of soup mixture, into rice.
Top with chicken and pour remaining soup mixture over chicken.
Cove, and bake 45 minutes to 1 hour in a preheated 375 degree oven.
