Chicken Continental
Chicken Continental is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. frying chicken, 1/3 c. seasoned flour, 1/4 c. butter, 1 can cream chicken soup and 2 1/2 tbsp. grated onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Roll chicken in flour, brown in butter.
Stir soup, seasonings and water into chicken drippings.
Cook and stir to a boil.
Spread Minute Rice (right from box) in 1 1/2-quart shallow casserole dish. Pour all but 1/3 cup soup mixture over rice.
Stir to moisten.
Top with chicken and rest of soup mix.
Bake, covered at 375Β° for 30 minutes or until chicken is tender.
Makes 4 servings.
