Chicken Confetti
Chicken Confetti is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, 1/2 onion, chopped, 2 tbsp. garlic salt, 1 can tomatoes, diced and 1 can tomato sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Brown chicken and onion in 2 tablespoons oil and add garlic salt in pan.
(I use Dutch oven on top of stove.) Then add tomatoes, tomato sauce and tomato paste.
Stir; simmer until chicken breasts are done (1 1/2 to 2 hours).
Cook spaghetti noodles before serving.
Lay noodles on plate with chicken breasts on the side of the plate.
Top both with sauce.
Serve with garlic bread and salad.
