Chicken Cheese Bake
Chicken Cheese Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned, 6 slices swiss cheese, 1/4 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms (optional), 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup and 1/2 c. white wine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Place chicken in a lightly greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Top each piece with slice of cheese.
Lay sliced mushrooms on top of cheese. Mix soup with wine and pour on top. Spread on stuffing mix and drizzle butter over top.
