Chicken Cheddar Bake
Chicken Cheddar Bake is an easy dinner. Made with 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, 4 c. cooked rice, 2 cans cheddar cheese soup and 1 box cheese crackers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Boil chicken; when done, break into pieces.
Boil rice; drain, then place rice into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Heat cheese soup and add water until smooth.
Place chicken on top of rice in pan. Pour soup over chicken and rice in pan.
Break or crush cheese crackers and spread over top of cheese soup.
Bake at 375Β° approximately 45 minutes or until crackers brown, then eat and enjoy.
