Chicken Chalupas
Chicken Chalupas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 chicken breasts, cooked, deboned and diced, 3 cans cream of chicken soup, 1 large can green chiles, diced, 1 onion, finely chopped and 16 oz. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Mix all ingredients together, except tortillas and only half the cheeses.
Put 3 tablespoons of mixture in each tortilla.
Roll up and place in a greased baking dish.
Pour rest of mixture over tortillas.
Sprinkle remaining cheeses over all.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
