Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (6 oz.) box stuffing mix (stove top), 1 tbsp. margarine, 3/4 lb. chicken breast or chicken tenders, cut into small cubes, 1 can 98% fat-free cream of mushroom soup and 1 can 98% fat-free cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Prepare stuffing according to directions only using 1 tablespoon margarine.
Saute chicken cubes in pan sprayed with Pam until no longer pink.
Add soups and milk.
Pour into a sprayed 9 x 13 pan and sprinkle with poultry seasoning.
Top with prepared stuffing and bake 30 minutes at 325Β°. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
