Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 chicken breasts, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1/2 c. milk, 1 c. pepperidge farm cornbread stuffing mix and 1/2 c. chicken broth, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Boil chicken until tender. Cool. Remove meat from bone in small chunks.
Place in greased casserole dish.
Mix 1/2 cup milk with 1 can of chicken soup.
Pour over chicken.
Sprinkle water chestnuts over chicken.
Pour 1/2 cup chicken broth over cornbread stuffing mix and stir.
Put on top of casserole and bake at 350Β° for about 50 minutes.
