Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. chicken, cooked and boned, 6 slices bread (4 to 5 c. cubed bread in place of slices), 2 eggs, well beaten, 1/2 stick margarine or butter and 2 cans chicken noodle soup, undiluted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Preheat oven to 350°.
Break bread into pieces as if for stuffing unless you are using cubed plain stuffing pieces.
Add soup, 1/2 stick melted margarine and eggs and blend well. Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan that has been greased.
Sprinkle crushed potato chips and 1/2 stick margarine (or butter) over casserole. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until set.
