Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. pepperidge farm cornbread stuffing mix, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. pepperidge farm herb seasoned mix, 1 stick margarine, 4 chicken breasts or 3 c. cooked chicken and 2 cans cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook chicken in unsalted water.
Melt margarine and toss with stuffing.
Divide mixture in half.
Save some for the top. Lightly butter sides and bottom of a large casserole, 9 x 12 x 2-inch.
Layer stuffing and chicken in 2 layers.
Mix soup and broth.
Pour half over each layer.
Sprinkle crumbs on top.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Remove foil and bake 15 minutes more.
Add some juice to top.
