Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 chicken breasts, 1 can cream of celery soup, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 small can evaporated milk and 3/4 c. chicken broth, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Stew chicken breasts. Let cool.
Remove bones and skin, cut into chunks. Add soups, milk and broth.
Mix well.
Melt margarine and mix with stuffing.
Put a layer, about half of mixture, into bottom of a 9 x 12-inch pan.
Add chicken mixture and top with remaining stuffing mixture.
Bake at 350Β° for about 30 minutes or until top is brown.
