Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 3 c. minute rice, 3 cans (any combination) cream soups (such as cream of chicken, cream of celery or cream of mushroom), 1 pkg. lipton dried soup mix (your choice), divided, 1/2 c. water and pieces of chicken, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Mix the rice, cream soups, 1/2 package soup mix and the water. Combine in a large, deep casserole dish.
Lay pieces of chicken on top of mixture.
Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 package of soup mix over chicken.
Cover with casserole lid or tinfoil; bake for 2 hours at 325Β°.
