Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in just 52 minutes. Made with chicken breasts (or use breasts, thighs and legs), c. water or white wine, cube melted margarine, individual slices of swiss cheese and cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Lay the chicken pieces, skin side up, in a 9x13-inch greased casserole.
Completely cover chicken with the swiss cheese slices. Combine the soup with the water or white wine and pour over the above.
Mix 1 cube of melted margarine with the 2 cups of herb stuffing mix.
Sprinkle on top.
Bake at 325Β° for 1 1/2 hours. Easy and delicous!
