Chicken Casserole

Made with 6 boneless chicken breasts or 8 thighs, 6 to 8 slices swiss cheese, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 3 tbsp. butter or margarine and 2/3 can water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Put chicken in a greased casserole dish.
Season with salt and pepper.
Place a piece of cheese on each piece of meat.
Mix soup and water.
Pour over meat.
Toss stuffing mix in melted butter. Pour mix over soup.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 325Β° for 45 minutes.
Remove foil and bake for 15 more minutes.
