Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. chicken, cooked and boned, 1 box stove top cornbread stuffing, 1 c. sour cream, 1 1/2 c. chicken broth and 1 stick margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix stuffing mix with melted margarine and put half in the bottom of casserole dish (reserve half for top).
Mix chicken, soup, sour cream and 1 cup of broth together and put on top of crumbs.
Sprinkle remaining cornbread stuffing on top of this and pour on the other 1/2 cup broth.
Bake at 350Β° until brown (30 to 45 minutes).
