Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 chicken (2 to 3 lb. or 1 to 1 1/2 kg) or 2 to 3 c. (475 to 715 ml) leftover baked chicken, 1 (6 oz. or 170 g) pkg. pepperidge farm herb dressing, 4 tbsp. (60 ml) butter, 1 (10 1/2 oz. or 298 g) can cream of chicken soup and 1 c. (240 ml) sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Boil chicken until tender and remove from bones.
Mix dressing and butter.
Pour 1/2 of mixture into greased baking dish and add a layer of chicken.
Mix chicken soup and sour cream; pour over chicken.
Use remaining dressing mixture on top.
Pour chicken broth over contents of casserole and bake at 350° (177°C) for 30 minutes or until top browns.
Yields 6 to 8 servings.
