Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick butter, 1 pkg. pepperidge farm stuffing, 1 fryer, 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Place chicken in water and stew until done.
Remove from bone and cut up.
Spread mixture of butter and stuffing mix (use only 3/4 of mixture) in casserole dish.
Mix chicken soup, sour cream and chicken broth from stewed chicken.
Pour this over stuffing mix; add chicken layer.
Sprinkle remaining stuffing over this. Bake for 45 minutes in 350Β° oven.
