Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 pkg. seasoned pepperidge farm stuffing mix, 1 stick margarine, melted, 1 c. water, 2 1/2 c. cooked chicken, diced and 1/2 c. onion, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix and toss stuffing, margarine and water lightly and put half into a buttered 12 x 5-inch casserole.
Mix chicken, onion, celery, green onion tops, mayonnaise and salt thoroughly and put in casserole over the first layer.
Top with other half of bread mixture.
