Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. cooked chicken, 2 cans cream of chicken soup, 1 c. mayonnaise, 2 tsp. lemon juice and 2 c. diced celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cut chicken into bite size pieces and mix with celery, onion and rice in a large bowl. Blend soup, milk, mayonnaise, salt and lemon juice and mix with chicken.
Mix well, then spoon into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Cover with crushed corn flake crumbs and bake 50 to 60 minutes in a preheated 350Β° oven.
