Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 36 minutes. Made with chicken breasts, large pkg. pepperidge farm herb stuffing mix, cream of chicken soup, cream of celery soup and medium onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Boil chicken breasts until done, saving broth.
Chop onion, celery, and bell pepper.
Melt margarine, saute onion, celery, and bell pepper.
When vegetables are cooked until almost done, stir in bread crumbs and stir until moist.
Mix the soups together. Spray 2 1/2 or 3 quart casserole dish.
Put half of bread crumbs and vegetables in bottom of dish.
Put soups and chicken on top of this.
Put rest of crumbs on top.
Pour broth over all of it. Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
