Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 6 chicken breasts, 1 (8 oz.) sour cream, 2 cans mushroom or celery or cream of chicken soup (i use the chicken soup), 1 box stove top stuffing mix (do not cook) and 1 1/2 c. chicken broth, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook chicken in water until tender. Reserve the broth.
When chicken is cool, remove meat from bones and cut into bite size pieces.
Put the chicken in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
