Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 fryer, boiled and deboned, 2 c. broth (from chicken), 1 pkg. mahatma yellow rice (saffron), 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1 can cream of mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Place uncooked rice in greased casserole dish.
Put in half of broth to moisten rice.
Cover with chicken.
Spread on mixture of soups, sour cream and rest of broth on top.
Cover with sliced mushrooms. Bake at 350Β° for about 1 hour. Remove dish, top with cheese, and return to oven for about 5 minutes.
