Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 large fryer or 6 to 8 breasts, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 carton sour cream, 1 c. cracker or corn flake crumbs and 1/2 stick margarine, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Boil the chicken in salted water. Strip meat from bones, leaving meat in large pieces.
Mix soup and sour cream.
Fold chicken into mixture and place in shallow casserole.
Sprinkle crumbs over the top.
Pour melted margarine over crumbs. Bake at 350Β° until bubbly and brown.
