Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 chicken breasts (or use breasts, thighs and legs), 1/4 c. water or white wine, 1 cube melted margarine, individual slices of swiss cheese and 1 can cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Lay the chicken pieces, skin side up, in a 9x13-inch greased casserole.
Completely cover chicken with the swiss cheese slices. Combine the soup with the water or white wine and pour over the above.
Mix 1 cube of melted margarine with the 2 cups of herb stuffing mix.
Sprinkle on top.
Bake at 325Β° for 1 1/2 hours. Easy and delicous!
