Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 to 12 boneless chicken breasts, 4 to 6 slices swiss cheese or mozzarella, 2 cans cream of chicken soup, 1 c. white wine and 1 small pkg. pepperidge farm dressing mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Place chicken breasts in shallow baking pan.
Place 1/2 slice of Swiss or Mozzarella cheese on top of each breast.
Mix soup with wine and pour over chicken.
Sprinkle top with dressing mix. Drizzle butter over mix.
Bake in 350Β° oven for 55 to 60 minutes.
