Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. cooked, diced chicken, 3 c. diced celery, sauteed in butter, 3 c. cooked rice, 1 1/2 cans cream of chicken soup (do not dilute) and 2 c. mayonnaise (not salad dressing), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix the first 6 ingredients gently, but well.
Put in low, flat casserole.
Toss corn flakes and nuts in margarine and put atop chicken mixture.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes or if made ahead and refrigerated, increase baking time to 1 hour.
