Chicken Cashew
Chicken Cashew is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. chicken breasts, cut in strips, 1 tbsp. cornstarch, 1 tbsp. soy sauce, 3 tbsp. vegetable oil and 1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Blend 1 tablespoon cornstarch and 1 tablespoon soy sauce; toss chicken and allow to marinate for 20 minutes.
In a large skillet, combine oil and garlic; add chicken.
Cook and stir several minutes.
Add vegetables and cashews; stir-fry until tender. Combine cornstarch, soy sauce, sugar, water and paprika.
Add to chicken mix and cook until thickened.
Serve over cooked rice.
