Chicken Cashew
Chicken Cashew is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 tsp. chicken instant bouillon, 1 1/4 c. boiling water, 2 tbsp. soy sauce, 1 tbsp. cornstarch and 2 tsp. brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Dissolve bouillon in water.
Combine next 4 ingredients; stir into bouillon mix.
Brown chicken in oil; add bouillon mixture, cooking until thick.
Add remaining ingredients, except nuts and rice.
Simmer, uncovered, for 5 to 8 minutes.
Stir occasionally. Remove from heat.
Add 1/4 cup nuts.
Serve over rice.
Sprinkle with remaining nuts.
