Put onion, green pepper and butter in 3-quart microwave casserole.

Cover and cook on High (max power) for 6 to 8 minutes until onion is translucent.

Add juice from stewed tomatoes and flour; stir until smooth.

Stir in rest of the stewed tomatoes. Cover and cook on High for 5 minutes.

Add chicken, covering with sauce.

Cover and cook on Simmer (or 50%) for 25 to 30 minutes or until chicken is tender.

Stir halfway through cooking time. Allow to stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving with hot rice or pasta.
