Chicken Broccoli Orientale
Chicken Broccoli Orientale is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. oil, 1 lb. boneless chicken, cut into strips, 1 small onion (1-inch squares), 1 medium green or red pepper, cut in 1-inch squares and 1 (10 1/4 oz.) can campbell's cream of broccoli soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook chicken in oil until browned.
Add onion and pepper. Cook 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp.
Stir in soup, water and soy sauce.
