Brown chicken which has been lightly salted and peppered in butter in a large skillet.
When brown, remove and set aside.
Add remaining ingredients to skillet and cook 5 minutes, while stirring.
Place chicken in a baking dish and pour sauce over it. Bake at 325Β° for 1 hour.
